Daytime television is an oddity among entertainment genres. The medium as a whole actually CARES about fan opinion. Characters have been lost or saved, storylines prematurely ended, couples reunited, all based on fan response. And that fan response is judged from mail and phone calls that TPTB (The Powers That Be) receive.  Let's tell everyone who factors into this equation how much we love Ned / Alexis / Nexis!

Now, while we may have all joined the computer age, the TPTB are still partial to snail mail and their comments lines (I guess they figure if you'll spend the 50 cents, you must REALLY mean it). The Internet makes up only a small portion of the General Hospital fan base, so TPTB take non-Internet mail and comments lines reaction more seriously. That's the thought behind our ongoing SNAIL MAIL writing campaign. So please, let yourself be heard and write to TPTB! And don't forget to call them too!
